As a founding member alongside the CEO and CTO, our focus at Casalova revolves around rebranding, refining the product vision, and strategizing to ensure a seamless experience for users as they navigate through our digital and physical brand interactions. We're proud to be part of Canada's fastest-growing multi-sided real estate marketplace, catering to Renters, Buyers, Real Estate Agents, and Customer Service needs.

Our journey has seen us grow from a team of 3 to 30 cross-functional members, all under the guidance of our CEO and CTO. Our responsibilities extend to recruitment, conducting interviews, and seamlessly integrating diverse talents into our team. We actively engage in user research, collaborating closely with clients, customer success teams, and real estate agents to identify and address customer pain points.

In our pursuit of excellence, we've successfully designed and launched over 100 features, significantly enhancing brand recognition and user adoption rates to an impressive 80% across our suite of 3+ web applications and iOS apps. Our design efforts span across various platforms, from SaaS desktop and mobile tools to client-facing web and mobile interfaces, as well as native iOS and Android applications.
